A WWE star has referenced one of the most infamous moments in AEW history in a new attack on Seth Rollins.

Ever since it emerged that Drew McIntyre caused CM Punk’s torn triceps at the Royal Rumble, the Scottish star has been on the attack. Even though Punk hasn’t been on television in several weeks McIntyre has continued to take shots at the star, each more stinging than the last.

Meanwhile, McIntyre is also wrapped up in a rivalry with Seth Rollins as he prepares to challenge the World Heavyweight Champion at WrestleMania.

In an impressive improvisation, McIntyre has managed to combine his distaste for both rivals into one swipe on social media. The star took aim at Rollins while referencing Punk’s famous rant at the post-All Out press conference in 2022, quoting what the former AEW Champion said about Hangman Adam Page.

‘What did I ever do in this world to deserve an empty-headed, ******* dumb **** like Seth Rollins to go out on national TV and go into business for himself’

Drew McIntyre Claimed Several People Have Issues With CM Punk

During a recent appearance on The Bump, Drew McIntyre claimed there are “lots of people” who have problems with CM Punk.

Prior to his injury, Punk had been due to win the Elimination Chamber before going on to challenge Seth Rollins at WrestleMania. A spot that has been taken by McIntyre.

To add further intrigue, despite his high-profile position, Drew McIntyre is yet to agree a new contract with WWE. His current deal runs out after WrestleMania, making him a free agent shortly after the company’s biggest show of the year.
