WWE SmackDown Sign Three Top Talents

Nick Aldis WWE SmackDown

WWE SmackDown’s women’s division has been bolstered with three big signings that see a former champion return to the brand.

Former SmackDown Women’s Champion Naomi returned to WWE after almost two years away at the Royal Rumble. During her absence from the company, the star found success as Trinity in TNA where she held the Knockouts Championship until very recently.

On SmackDown in Birmingham, Alabama, a backstage segment revealed that Naomi would now be bringing the glow to the blue brand once again as she had signed on the dotted line with Nick Aldis. But that was not all.

Tiffy Time Comes To WWE SmackDown

SmackDown will now be the home of Tiffy Time as former NXT Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton has also signed with the blue brand. Stratton had her debut match on the main roster as part of the women’s Royal Rumble and on SmackDown she picked up her first win on her new show as she defeated Michin.

WWE also announced on social media that Elektra Lopez is now an official part of the SmackDown roster after she joined up with Santos Escobar in Legado del Fantasma.

One star that might well have got away from Nick Aldis was Bron Breakker who looked to be on the verge of signing with him before Raw General Manager interrupted and invited Breakker for a chat on Monday night, something the former NXT Champion accepted.

Jade Cargill made her WWE debut at the Royal Rumble and she also appeared on SmackDown but what brand she will end up on still remains unknown.
