Seth Rollins is sidelined from action due to a shoulder injury.

At WWE Crown Jewel 2025 in Perth, Australia, The Visionary faced Cody Rhodes for the Crown Jewel Championship. He defeated The American Nightmare to win the match and the title.

But he also sustained a shoulder injury while delivering a coast-to-coast headbutt to his opponent. His injury has put him on the shelf for an unknown amount of time.

On the October 20 edition of Monday Night Raw in Sacramento, the WWE Universe found out that Seth Rollins had been stripped of his title. CM Punk won the number one contendership on Raw last week after defeating LA Knight and Jey Uso.

Jey Uso won the battle royal on Raw’s main event this week. Therefore, these two stars will now wrestle each other for the vacant WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

That being said, according to a fresh new update, ex-WWE Tag Team Champion D-Von Dudley has also suffered a shoulder injury like Seth Rollins did in Perth.

D-Von Dudley Suffers a Shoulder Injury Like Seth Rollins

Speaking on the Duke Loves Rasslin podcast, D-Von Dudley disclosed he suffered a shoulder injury during his match with Bubba Ray Dudley (Team 3D) against The Hardys (Matt and Jeff Hardy) in a Tables Match at Bound for Glory on October 12, 2025.

The injury happened within the first 30 seconds of the match while he was executing the 3D finisher. He stated he was trying to protect Matt Hardy, but got hurt instead.

“I actually jarred my shoulder coming down on the 3D in the first 30 seconds of the match. I jarred my shoulder trying to protect Matt instead of just falling flat on my back. I went to my side and came down on my elbow, which shot up into my shoulder so badly that the next day I couldn’t move my arm.”
