WWE Screw Up Bloodline Match Announcement
WWE made a rare misstep this week after seemingly mixing up members of The Bloodline.
With leader Roman Reigns absent since his WrestleMania XL defeat to ‘The American Nightmare’ Cody Rhodes, fellow member Solo Sikoa has stepped up to control the group and has wasted little time in making changes to the line up.
Jimmy Uso was swiftly expelled from the faction on the post-WrestleMania XL edition of SmackDown by Sikoa and the debuting Tama Tonga.
The pair would team up to battle Kevin Owens and Randy Orton in front of a raucous crowd at Backlash France, picking up the victory after interference from another new member, Tama Tonga’s younger brother, Tonga Loa.
Loa is set to make his in-ring debut during the 24th May edition of SmackDown, teaming with Solo Sikoa to take on the Street Profits.
Wires appear to have been crossed at WWE HQ, however, with the company releasing a graphic of Tama Tonga in place of his younger brother.
#WWE is having Tonga Trouble…
WWE announced that Tonga Loa will be in action for the first time since joining the #Bloodline on #Smackdown next week
However, the graphic that they used to accompany the announcement features #TamaTonga instead of Tonga Loa pic.twitter.com/bf0G1Bous9— Throwback Wrestling Show(TWS) (@show39927) May 19, 2024
Tama Tonga will already have his hands full on the evening as he battles Randy Orton in the Semi-Final of the King Of The Ring.
Kevin Owens Has Unique Name For Current Bloodline Members
One man embroiled in a feud with the Bloodline currently is Kevin Owens.
With Roman Reigns and The Rock not currently on screens and with two new members recently introduced, Owens recently revealed he has a special name for this version of the group.
