WWE Releases The Rock & John Cena’s Conversation After WrestleMania 29 Match

WWE fans have discovered what was said between The Rock and John Cena after their match at WrestleMania 29.

Cena defeated Rock to become the new WWE Champion after The Great One defeated Cena in their first encounter one year prior. After the bell rang, fans in attendance and at home could see an interaction take place between the two Hollywood stars, but it was unknown what was said until recently.

In a video posted to WWE’s TikTok account, the details of what was said are as follows. Cena was the first to speak:

‘Because of you, I’m serious, you have no idea. I asked for a picture with you and me when I was 20 years old working in a store in Venice, California. You’ve always been nice, you’ve always been respectful, whenever we talked. You always told me to keep it up.’

The Rock responded to Cena by stating that the Mania match was the reason he returned to the company:

‘I want to tell you I came back for this very moment. Right now, for them (points to crowd), and for you. I believe in you.’

John Cena To Compete At WWE Fastlane

Over 10 years on from his encounter with The Great One, Cena has still had at least one match in WWE every year. Cena’s latest match will take place at the Fastlane Premium Live Event, where the 16-time World Champion is currently scheduled to go it alone against Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa.

In regards to The Rock, rumours have circulated regarding one more match ever since the shock appearance on the September 15th episode of SmackDown. The latest rumour is an appearance at the upcoming Saudi Arabia show.
