WWE Legend Teases Comeback To Fix “Unfinished” Story

WWE Hall Of Famer Explains Why He Vanished

Fans might not have seen the last of a WWE Hall of Famer.

Trish Stratus hasn’t wrestled since being defeated by Becky Lynch at Payback in September 2023. That match came at the end of what was essentially a full-time return through the middle of the year as she battled with The Man while taking Zoey Stark under her wing.

However, it seems her in-ring career isn’t quite over just yet.

The star has repeatedly hinted she could wrestle again, and speculation went into overdrive after an interaction with Tiffany Stratton at Money In The Bank. That appearance came shortly after Trish Stratus laughed off suggestions she’s retired, joking she doesn’t know the meaning of the word.

Trish Stratus Drops Fresh WWE Hint

During a new interview with Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated, the WWE Hall of Famer dropped the clearest hint yet that she could lace up her boots one more time. Stratus said Cody Rhodes wasn’t the only person with an unfinished story, adding that if fans are interested and she can influence another generation she could return.

“Cody isn’t the only one with an unfinished story,” said Stratus. “I loved being back as a special guest in Toronto at Money in the Bank. And who knows, if I can still go, I’ll still keep going. I’ll never half-ass it. If fans are interested and it can influence another generation, then we’ll see.”

Following Money In The Bank, Tiffany Stratton said she was ready to face Stratus in the ring.
