WWE King & Queen Of The Ring Semi-Finals Complete
The semi-finals for the King and Queen of the Ring tournaments are now complete after two big matches on WWE Raw.
The King and Queen of the Ring tournaments really started to take shape on the June 13th edition of SmackDown, where four fatal four-way matches took place. Randy Orton overcame Aleister Black, Carmelo Hayes, and LA Knight to book his place in the semi-finals. Former WWE Champion Cody Rhodes did the same by the end of the night as he defeated Andrade, Damian Priest, and Shinsuke Nakamura.
The Queen of the Ring tournament saw Jade Cargill advance with a win over Michin, Nia Jax, and Piper Niven. Alexa Bliss joined Cargill in the semi-final as she defeated Alba Fyre, Candice LeRae, and Charlotte Flair.
WWE King & Queen Of The Ring Tournaments Heat Up
On the June 16th edition of Raw, two more four-way matches took place as the semi-final line-ups were completed. Asuka returned to WWE after 13 months as she defeated Stephanie Vaquer, Ivy Nile, and Raquel Rodriguez.
Former World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso moved one step closer to getting a shot at the gold he lost to Gunther as he defeated Bronson Reed, Rusev, and Sheamus.
The first semi-finals will take place on SmackDown in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where Randy Orton faces Sami Zayn and Asuka takes on Alexa Bliss. Roxanne Perez faces Jade Cargill in the other Queen of the Ring semi-final, while the final King of the Ring semi-final sees Cody Rhodes clash with Jey Uso.
The finals of both tournaments will take place at Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia on June 28th.
