WWE Hall Of Famer Making Raw Return

A WWE Hall of Famer is returning to Raw after a recent absence.

The WWE Monday Night Raw return is expected to take place on the October 20th episode of the show in Sacramento.

While several things are advertised for the show already, BodySlam.net reports that WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella is expected to be at Raw in Sacramento as well. That appearance on Raw will be a return for Nikki since she’s been away from television for over a month.

Nikki Bella has competed in five matches since the battle royal at Evolution this past July. At Clash in Paris in late August, she lost a Women’s Intercontinental Championship match to Becky Lynch.

Regarding televised matches, Nikki also lost to Asuka on the September 8th edition of Raw.

It’s not known yet what Nikki might be doing on Raw or who she may wrestle if she has a match, but she’s expected back in the mix.

A recent backstage report about Nikki noted that the WWE Hall of Famer will appear “here and there,” meaning she will likely not be around full-time, but will still have a role on WWE programming occasionally.

WWE Raw In Sacramento Will Feature Three Title Matches

There is some tough sports competition for WWE Monday Night Raw tonight, with a doubleheader of NFL games on ESPN’s Monday Night Football and the MLB Playoffs ALCS game seven between the Toronto Blue Jays and the Seattle Mariners. To try to counter that, WWE is promoting three title matches on Raw.

  • Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed appear after their stunning attack on Seth Rollins
  • Maxxine Dupri challenges Becky Lynch for the Women’s Intercontinental Title
  • Dominik Mysterio defends the Intercontinental Title against Rusev
  • AJ Styles and Dragon Lee challenge The Judgment Day for the World Tag Team Title

Meanwhile, Raw GM Adam Pearce will have an update on the health status of World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins, who is reportedly going to have surgery to repair a shoulder injury.
