WWE Hall Of Famer Could Be Heading To AEW All In
One WWE Hall of Famer could be set for a shock appearance at AEW All In.
All In is set to be the biggest show in AEW history when Tony Khan’s company invades Wembley Stadium in London, England on August 27th.
The show has surpassed almost everyone’s expectations already with well over 70,00 tickets sold before a single match has been announced. Tony Khan has noted, however, that bouts will start being revealed for the show on the 200th edition of Dynamite live from Tampa.
However, as well as the expected stars from AEW appearing on the show, one report now suggests a WWE Hall of Famer that has not been seen in the promotion could be set for a big appearance.
Does AEW have plans for a WWE Hall of Famer at All In?
Fightful Select has reported that there have been internal discussions in AEW about bringing in Rob Van Dam for the show. A specific idea for Van Dam is that he could face current FTW Champion Jack Perry either at All In or at All Out in Chicago one week later, although it is noted nothing has been confirmed.
Jack Perry has taken aim at former ECW stars since defeating HOOK for the unsanctioned FTW Title on the 19th of July edition of Dynamite. He spouted off at Taz before he was confronted by former ECW World Champion Jerry Lynn.
The WWE Hall of Famer has not competed on US television in close to three years since leaving IMPACT Wrestling although he has remained somewhat active on the independent scene and has wrestled on two occasions in 2023.
