WWE Announces Giulia’s In-Ring Debut

The in-ring debut of WWE NXT’s newcomer Giulia has been announced.

It was reported earlier in 2024 that WWE had signed standout wrestler Giulia, who starred in the Stardom promotion along with other places. There was a bit of a wait for her debut due to injury, but it finally happened at WWE NXT No Mercy last Sunday. At No Mercy, NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez was confronted by the talented newcomer.

In the main event of the September 3rd edition of WWE NXT, Giulia made her presence felt in the main event segment while Perez was in the ring doing a promo. Perez was interrupted by Chelsea Green, so when Giulia got in the ring she easily took care of Green with a forearm along with a knee strike.

Giulia would then go on to confront Perez while delivering a simple promo: “Me…you…CW.”

What that means is that when NXT debuts on The CW on October 1st in Chicago, Giulia will challenge Roxanne Perez for the NXT Women’s Title. That same night will also see Ethan Page defend the NXT Title against either Trick Williams or Pete Dunne.

When Will Giulia Have Her First WWE Match?

It was announced by WWE on X/Twitter on Saturday that Giulia will have her first WWE match this coming Tuesday, September 10th on NXT when she faces Chelsea Green of SmackDown.

Chelsea Green will go into the match with some momentum since she beat Michin on SmackDown in Edmonton thanks to an assist by Green’s ally Piper Niven.

Considering how much WWE is already featuring Giulia, it could be a tough night for Chelsea Green when they have their NXT match.
