Ex-WWE Faction’s Win Over The Wyatt Sicks Was Not Originally Planned
Wyatt Sicks is a faction WWE meant to honor Bray Wyatt’s legacy. Uncle Howdy (Bo Dallas) leads the group.
Last year, the stable was engaged in a rivalry with The Final Testament (Akam, Karrion Kross & Rezar) & The Miz. The storyline started with promise, but ended abruptly and left many fans disappointed.
On December 9, 2024, the edition of Monday Night RAW, The Final Testament (Akam, Karrion Kross & Rezar) & The Miz defeated The Wyatt Sicks (Dexter Lumis, Erick Rowan, Joe Gacy & Uncle Howdy), and then WWE put a halt to their storyline, which was very abrupt.
Speaking on The Coach And Bro Show, Karrion Kross revealed that Kross and his team were not supposed to win the match on RAW, but for some reason, they did, and WWE ended their storyline with the Wyatt Sicks. Kross didn’t explain the reason behind this decision, saying it was not his place to tell.
“When we started working with the Wyatts, that ended early, abruptly, one day. We’ll be able to get more into that; it’s not my story to tell. But it ended abruptly, and it ended right after we went over on them, which wasn’t meant to happen. Well, that wasn’t me, well not the end, not the end, yeah that wasn’t supposed to be the end, right, they were supposed to be by the end of it all.” (From 40:12)
Triple H Ghosted Ex-WWE Karrion Kross before Release
We had reached out to him prior to that and never heard anything back. Uh, which we thought was odd, but given his schedule, maybe he just got busy. It’s possible. We hadn’t heard back from him over a text, and then I assumed that we were going to speak after the first time we had spoken to the rep that they put on the phone with us. And we didn’t.It was just a series of things over like a 30-day period. All the guys at the bar were running up to me in the hotel, showing me the clip [Triple H ignoring fans chants for him on the SummerSlam post-show]. And I don’t know, I was already in a displaced headspace because it was right after, you know, it was the SummerSlam weekend, and we got called off of Raw. Everything felt like it was going in this direction already. So, I wasn’t even surprised when I saw the video. (From 34:41)
