Questions In WWE Over Donald Trump & Vince McMahon At John Cena’s Last Match
Could Vince McMahon or even President Donald Trump really make an appearance at John Cena’s final match?
John Cena is winding down his wrestling career, with the 17-time WWE Champion’s time almost up in the ring. At Crown Jewel, Cena will clash with his old rival, AJ Styles. WWE had fans believing they had made the match after an outpouring of support when Cena revealed he wanted the bout, but the truth is, this match was always part of WWE’s plans.
Now, it’s been confirmed that John Cena’s final match will take place at Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13th in Washington, D.C. Given TKO’s links with Donald Trump and the fact that a UFC event is planned to take place on the White House lawn, many have wondered if Trump will be attending Cena’s final bout. And it seems it could happen.
Vince McMahon & Donald Trump Going To Cena’s Last Match?
Speaking on Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez noted that talks have taken place in WWE about the possibility of Trump or even former WWE boss Vince McMahon turning up for Cena’s last match:
One of the big questions is, will Donald Trump be there? Will Vince McMahon be there? It’s certainly something that’s been discussed internally. I don’t know if either will be there.
Vince McMahon was forced to resign from TKO amid allegations of serious sexual abuse. Despite those claims, John Cena went on record with his love for McMahon and is believed to be among those who recently attended McMahon’s secretive 80th birthday party.
