WWE Crowns New Champion
A new champion was crowned on a WWE television show featuring young superstars on the rise.
The WWE Evolve brand features several intriguing young superstars when the show airs on Tubi in the US and YouTube internationally on Wednesday nights.
Some of the wrestlers on Evolve are already signed to WWE contracts and are just looking for a chance to showcase their abilities. Some WWE ID wrestlers are in the independent wrestling scene, but have an opportunity to work for the company someday.
During the Evolve Succession broadcast on Wednesday night, Kendal Grey won the Evolve Women’s Championship from Kali Armstrong in a great match.
The finish of the match saw Armstrong hit a powerslam after Grey jumped off the turnbuckle. Armstrong ran the ropes looking for a big move, but Grey was ready and hit her own version of a powerslam and covered Armstrong for the pinfall win.

As you can see in the video, the fans at the WWE Performance Center reacted to it in a big way. Grey was greeted by her good friends Wren Sinclair and Karlee Bright.
New WWE Evolve Women’s Champion And Former Champion React To Title Change
Writing on social media, Kendal Grey, who has had matches on the WWE NXT brand in addition to Evolve, wrote about her two-year journey in the company. The new Women’s Evolve Champion shared some photos as well.

Kali Armstrong is also somebody with a very bright future in WWE and has also wrestled on NXT. The former Women’s Evolve Champion also wrote on social media about her loss, but she is looking forward to what’s next.
