WWE Couple Drop Major Tease Ahead Of SmackDown

Alliances in WWE carry a different weight than wrestling solo.

Aleister Black and Zelina Vega, the real-life couple, were united on the October 10 taping of SmackDown.

During the Last Man Standing match between Black and Damian Priest, Zelina appeared among the members of the audience as Priest was aiming for a finish.

In doing so, she was captured giving her husband an object that he would later use to his advantage.

Aleister urged her to walk away, which she did. As Priest went for the attack, Black threw a fireball in his face and subsequently hit him with his Black Mass finisher, causing his opponent to crash through a table.

As Priest could not answer the referee’s ten-count, he lost the match.

Priest and Black’s feud has prevailed for a few months, providing hard-hitting bouts and good storytelling. With Zelina Vega added into the mix, the rivalry is likely to continue for the foreseeable future.

Meanwhile, the couple dropped a tease via a video ahead of WWE SmackDown, which Zelina captioned, “alwaysourplan…”

Damian Priest Returned On Last Week’s WWE SmackDown

Ilja Dragunov has chosen to continue with Sami Zayn’s open challenge of the United States Championship on WWE SmackDown.

Last week, Aleister Black answered Dragunov’s challenge. In a closely fought match, the Mad Dragon managed to retain his title, but not before Damian Priest made his presence felt by the ringside, causing Black a distraction.

After the match, Priest launched a vicious attack on Aleister and then dropped him on the commentator’s table.

As he went for the chair, Vega launched herself on Priest’s back and raked his injured eye, giving them time to escape through the crowd.
