WWE Considering Stripping Seth Rollins Of World Title
Seth Rollins may lose more than his stable if WWE chooses to go down that route.
During Crown Jewel, Rollins reportedly injured his left arm after awkwardly landing on it while performing a coast-to-coast headbutt in his match against Cody Rhodes.
He was later spotted wearing a cast during his stroll in Perth.
Fightful reports that if the injury is so grave that it keeps the 39-year-old away for an extended duration, then WWE might strip him of the World Heavyweight Championship.
They are almost for sure taking the title off him. Plenty of people are talking about it. It’s not confirmed yet, as they want to see the results of a few tests, but some of those in the know say the title may go off him, unfortunately. Goes to whom let’s see.
While Seth Rollins secured his first victory over Rhodes, he was betrayed by The Vision members on Monday Night RAW.
So, losing the title on top of severing ties with Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and Paul Heyman is not the double whammy he needs at the moment.
Bron Breakker Issues Statement After Attacking WWE Champion
Bron Breakker’s attack on Seth Rollins came as a shock to viewers.
His Spear occurred just as the credits were rolling. A shocked Paul Heyman failed to comprehend what had happened.
Breakker then walked towards Bronson Reed and said he had to pick a side, an offer he then made to Heyman. Both chose the 27-year-old over the laid out WWE Champion.
Breakker took to social media to send out a clear message about what the attack meant.
The Vision has never been more clear🚀, he wrote.
Meanwhile, there is skepticism backstage regarding Rollins’ injury, considering how he fooled everyone by faking an injury between Saturday Night’s Main Event XL and SummerSlam.
