Is Seth Rollins Really Injured? Backstage Skepticism Grows In WWE
Seth Rollins is supposedly dealing with an injury from the match against Cody Rhodes at Crown Jewel 2025.
On the Monday Night RAW that followed WWE Crown Jewel, The Visionary attended the live show with his arm in a sling.
Following that, The Vision turned on the World Heavyweight Champion, which sparked conversations about whether this is a legitimate injury for which Rollins will be written off TV. The attack is a creative pivot, and not a part of the original plan.
WWE backstage isn’t convinced about Seth Rollins’ injury
Previously, the WWE creative team has worked on injury angles that turned out to be fake. In fact, it was Rollins was the one who pulled off the ‘Ruse of the Century’ with an injury angle.
According to Dave Meltzer, sources with WWE aren’t convinced about the injury and have no clue what to believe.
They were told it was from an injury in the match with Cody Rhodes. But after being told his other injury was legit, many are not fully believing anything right now.
In the attempt to work everyone… the lack of trust right now is pretty high.
One source with knowledge of creative said The Vision were booked for plans together through WrestleMania including with Austin Theory joining the group before things changed today. [h/t: Ringside News]
