WWE Confirm UK Return Following Money In The Bank

Money In The Bank was a banner night for WWE as they brought one of their annual PLEs to the UK’s shores for the first time since 1992.

Clash at the Castle was a massive success in 2022 for WWE as they took over Cardiff, Wales but rather than a special event such as that, London’s O2 Arena played host to 2023’s Money In The Bank event.

The show was headlined by The Bloodline Civil War and the London crowd was the first to see Roman Reigns get pinned for the first time in three and a half years as Jey Uso picked up a career-making victory over the man he once called Tribal Chief.

There were plenty of surprises on hand as well as Drew McIntyre returned to the company, taking out Intercontinental Champion Gunther before John Cena wound the crowd up into a frenzy by teasing that the company could one day take WrestleMania to the city.

But before that ever happens, WWE has announced they will be returning to the UK as soon as October with three big live events. The tour kicks off on the 29th of October at the OVO Arena Wembley which is just yards away from Wembley Stadium which will host AEW’s All In. Following that, WWE moves north to Nottingham on the 30th of October and it could well be fright night on Halloween as the tour finishes up in Glasgow, Scotland. Tickets for the event go on sale on July 14th.

Already advertised for the tour are SmackDown stars The Usos, Charlotte Flair, WWE Women’s Champion Asuka, Bianca Belair, The Street Profits, and Bobby Lashley.
