Jey Uso Issues Huge Challenge After Tribal Court Chaos

Roman Reigns lost at Money In The Bank and while he doesn’t seem ready to hand over the title of Tribal Chief he soon might not have a choice as Jey Uso lays down a huge challenge.

At Money In The Bank in London, England The Bloodline descended into civil war as The Usos took on Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa in the main event. For the first time in three and a half years, the WWE Universal Champion found his shoulders being pinned to the mat as Jey Uso picked up the win.

On SmackDown in Madison Square Garden, The Trial of Roman Reigns took place with The Usos looking to find Reigns guilty of several crimes in Tribal Court. Reigns eventually seemed to relent and anoint Jey Uso by placing the lei around his neck before nailing his cousin with a low blow as he and Sikoa took out The Usos in a vicious fashion. Sikoa splashed Jimmy Uso through a table leading to him being stretchered from the arena.

At the end of the night Roman Reigns returned to the ring after news filtered through that Jey Uso had returned to the arena after apparently accompanying his brother to the hospital. Jey Uso immediately hit the ring, taking out Solo Sikoa in the process before attacking Reigns with a chair. Reigns soon beat a hasty retreat as Uso took the chair to Sikoa repeatedly.

Jey Uso then told Roman Reigns it was now “trial by combat” and that he was challenging him to a one-on-one match while holding the WWE Universal Championship belt. It is believed Uso vs. Reigns is just one match WWE has planned for SummerSlam but no confirmation of the match came before the show went off the air.
