Will Ospreay Dream Match Set For AEW Dynasty

Will Ospreay will be part of a huge match at AEW Dynasty.

At Revolution, AEW announced the latest addition to its pay-per-view schedule, with Dynasty set to take place on April 21st in St. Louis, Missouri. Although the event is over a month away, the first match has been confirmed.

On the March 6th episode of Dynamite, Will Ospreay saw off the challenge of Kyle Fletcher, only to be confronted by Bryan Danielson. On Collision three days later, Ospreay returned the favour after Danielson got the better of Shane Taylor. The second showdown saw the American Dragon challenge Ospreay to a match at Dynasty, a challenge that was quickly accepted.

Tony Khan made the match official on social media, with excitement for the first-time-ever clash at fever pitch.

Will Ospreay “Banged Up” Following AEW Revolution

The announcement comes after Will Ospreay revealed he was “banged up” after his first matches with AEW. The British star took on Konosuke Takeshita in an incredibly physical match at Revolution in what was his first action as an AEW-contracted star.

Heading home for a break, Ospreay thanked fans and said while he feeling a bit worse for wear he had no intention of slowing down.
