Why Logan Paul Joining The Vision May Hurt The WWE Faction

Logan Paul

Logan Paul aligning with The Vision may not be a good thing for the group.

CM Punk was in the ring on WWE Monday Night Raw in Rio Rancho, celebrating his World Heavyweight Title win, when Logan Paul decided it was time to interrupt. According to Paul, he deserved a shot at the World Heavyweight Title even though he lost his last match to John Cena and has been off television for over two months.

The Vision’s trio of Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and “The Oracle” Paul Heyman interrupted. They went after Punk, and Paul was in the way, so Breakker shoved Paul. When Reed and Breakker attacked Punk, Paul made the save, but that didn’t work out because he got beaten up and took a Tsunami from Reed. Punk eventually got back in with a chair to clear the ring.

Later in the show, The Vision had a main event tag team match with Punk and Jey Uso that ended in a double countout. After Jey took a Tsunami from Reed, Punk needed help, and that led to Paul going into the ring. This time, Paul took out the brass knuckles and punched Punk with them to knock the World Champion out. Paul was back to his heel ways after teasing a potential babyface turn earlier in the night.

Paul took off his brass knuckles and handed them to Heyman. The fans chanted, “F**k you, Logan.” The swear word was being muted. Heyman was happy with Logan giving him the brass knuckles. That’s how Raw ended.

It has led to speculation that Logan Paul has officially joined The Vision, but this could also be a temporary thing, since Survivor Series WarGames is on November 29th. It could simply be Paul joining The Vision in that match, which hasn’t been officially announced. Time will tell whether Logan is in the group or just an ally going into WarGames.

On Busted Open Radio, WWE Hall of Famer Bubba Ray Dudley (aka Bully Ray) spoke about Logan Paul’s actions on Raw.

“Logan Paul brings a lot to the table as far as his fan base, the amount of views, you know, people who follow him on Instagram and look at the product placement with the prime and all that stuff.

So, Logan Paul has to be able to get something out of this also. So, the wrestling matches that Logan Paul does have, he’s doing a lot of spectacular stuff which gets him more views.”

Paul Heyman’s Presence Could Prevent Logan Paul From Hurting The Vision

As Bubba continued, he said that Logan Paul gets a lot of attention, so being part of The Vision could hurt the others in the group. However, Bubba is confident that Paul Heyman’s presence will help.

“The one negative I can see with Logan Paul being associated with the Vision is Logan Paul takes people’s attention. If there’s attention on Logan Paul, there’s less attention on Bron and Bronson. That’s just if Logan Paul is going to be a definitive third member of the vision.

But they got Paul Heyman there, and he can make just about anything work.”

WWE Survivor Series WarGames takes place on Saturday, November 29 in San Diego. There are no matches that are official yet, but it’s expected that there will be Men’s and Women’s WarGames matches just like the previous three years.
