Superstars such as Roman Reigns, Becky Lynch, Cody Rhodes, and several others have their drivers during shows and premium live events for their travels.

On a recent episode of What Do You Want To Talk About? With Cody Rhodes, The American Nightmare and Becky Lynch chatted about their personal drivers.

They play an extremely important role in the superstars’ careers, and make travel less hassling. However, neither of their drivers won ‘Driver of the Year’.

The Man pointed out that her driver, Andy, was robbed of the title when it was awarded to Roman Reigns’ driver, Charlie. She made the point that Charlie had to show up for driving Reigns to the arenas possibly six times for the whole year, which is a subtle shot at Reigns’ extremely limited appearances on WWE TV.

Roman’s driver got driver of the year and I love him. I love him so much. [Charlie]. I love Charlie, I would sit. Sit down and have the best chats with Charlie. But, Charlie, you didn’t drive. You f***ing didn’t drive. He showed up for work six times last year. How the f**k are you getting ‘Driver of the Year’? That was bullsh*t. Andy was robbed because Andy is amazing. Charlie’s amazing, but Charlie didn’t work that much.

It is well-known that Roman Reigns’ limited schedule has been debated over by other WWE Superstars. In fact, one of the rumours claimed that TKO was looking into modifying Reigns’ pay based on the number of appearances and his limited schedule.
