Vince McMahon Confesses Frustration Over WWE Snub
Vince McMahon is not entirely happy with WWE following a recent snub that left him out in the cold.
Vince McMahon was forced to resign as Executive Chairman of TKO in 2024. That move followed sponsors threatening to pull their business from WWE as a result of the lawsuit filed against McMahon by a former WWE employee.
Janel Grant has accused McMahon of sex trafficking and sexual abuse in a document that contains many lurid claims, including bizarre text messages allegedly sent to her by McMahon.
It is perhaps no wonder then that WWE has seemingly been doing anything it can to distance itself from McMahon. That distance included not inviting him to the recent tributes to the late Hulk Hogan. Many stars from the past were invited to join WWE’s current roster on the stage for ten-bell salutes on Raw and SmackDown.
Speaking in an interview with TMZ for a new documentary on Hulk Hogan, it was put to McMahon that he might have some mixed feelings towards his former company for not being asked to attend the tribute. McMahon noted his dissatisfaction as he said:
It struck me that way as well.

Door Open For Vince McMahon’s WWE Return?
Many WWE fans have wondered if the company has opened the door to a potential return for Vince McMahon somewhere down the line.
Brock Lesnar recently made a shock return to the company at SummerSlam, where he attacked John Cena moments after Cena had lost the WWE Championship to Cody Rhodes. Although not everyone was glad to see The Beast Incarnate back.
Brock Lesnar is named 44 times in the Vince McMahon lawsuit, with Lesnar being the WWE star McMahon allegedly tried to traffic Grant to as part of Lesnar’s contract negotiations with the company. With TKO now seemingly willing to take the heat for Lesnar’s return, some are worried that this could be them dipping their toes in the water to ultimately bring back Vince McMahon. It is, however, unlikely that it would happen until there is a resolution of some sort to the ongoing lawsuit.
Vince McMahon also revealed how angry he was when he heard the reaction to Hulk Hogan during Hogan’s final WWE appearance on Raw in early 2025.
