Vince McMahon Dismissed As “80 Year Old A**hole” By Ex-WWE Star
Former WWE star Ronda Rousey has slammed Vince McMahon yet again as he gets the blame for a huge one-on-one match never taking place.
In 2019, Ronda Rousey, Becky Lynch, and Charlotte Flair became the first women to headline WrestleMania as they clashed for both the Raw and SmackDown Women’s Championship. Many fans felt at the time that Flair had been pushed into the story that didn’t need her and the match should have been Lynch vs. Rousey one-on-one.
Ronda Rousey wanted Becky Lynch in a singles match when she returned to the company in 2022 but that match never took place. For her part, Becky Lynch has claimed Ronda Rousey couldn’t wrestle but it’s not the Irish star to blame for the bout never happening.
Ronda Rousey Has No Love For Vince McMahon
Speaking to Chris Van Vliet on Insight, Ronda Rousey was asked why a one-on-one match between her and Becky Lynch never happened and Rousey laid the blame directly at Vince McMahon’s door:
I don’t know, Vince (McMahon) is an 80-year-old a**hole.
Rousey has previously lashed out at Vince McMahon – who will only turn 79 on August 24th 2024 – and those close to him in her most recent book and she doubled down on those comments as she noted:
Vince McMahon, John Laurinaitis, Bruce Prichard. They can all suck a d*ck.
However, there was better news for the current WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H and his wife Stephanie McMahon as Ronda Rousey noted:
They’re fantastic, I love them.
Ronda Rousey is by no means alone in her assessment of the disgraced former chairman of WWE as Bret Hart has stated he hopes Vince McMahon rots in hell as he revelled in punching McMahon in the face at Survivor Series 1997.
