Trish Stratus Makes Bold Claim Ahead Of WWE Evolution
Trish Stratus is set to face Tiffany Stratton for the women’s championship at Evolution.
Stratton was given the power to select her next challenger, which she revealed to be Stratus on the July 4 episode of SmackDown.
The 7-time world champion was last seen teaming up with Stratton at the Elimination Chamber PLE earlier this year against Nia Jax and Candice LeRae.
Stratus, who appeared surprised by Stratton’s decision, looked in great shape and confident about facing the champion.
Also in the ring at the time was Jade Cargill, who will face the winner of this match at SummerSlam.
Leading up to their match at Evolution, the WWE Hall of Famer made a bold claim, stating she would fare well against Stratton, even winning the championship.
The former women’s champion took to X to share her thoughts.

Trish Stratus’ Plea To Fans
Trish Stratus recently spoke to media personality Sam Roberts, highlighting that 2025 will mark her 25 years in wrestling.
She also said that the time was ideal to revisit old rivalries and set up new ones. Incidentally, Stratus had retired in 2006 with the strap around her waist.
More recently, she has made sporadic appearances, but had a special plea for the fans.
It’s only July right now. I’ve literally said, ‘If you guys want some more Stratusfaction, let me know. But if you don’t, then let me know too.’
Stratus finally revealed that she’s willing to give more to the business if there is demand; if not, then she is at peace with everything she has achieved in her career.
