Triple H Makes Wild Claim About Talent Who Leave WWE

Triple H WWE boss

Triple H thinks WWE is setting stars up for life.

For every athlete who breaks through and becomes a top WWE Superstar and is financially set for life, there are many more who are released before hitting the main roster. And even if a wrestler does make it to Raw or SmackDown, there’s no guarantee of long-term success.

However, Triple H believes that the company is setting Superstars up for success at “just about everything in life,” even if they’re released.

Speaking at the All In Summit, The Game broke down why he feels WWE is helping people with life outside of the ring.

“The key to it, really, comes down to charisma and your innate ability to connect with people. One of the things about WWE that is remarkable is that it is a combination of everything. The athleticism, showmanship, charisma that you have to have, the media skills that we teach from day one coming into the door. All of it.

When you leave WWE, whether you’ve been there for a long time or had any level of success, you are so well-suited to do just about anything in life. I truly feel, for a lot of people, it’s sometimes less about all the things you know and how good you are at them, as the charisma to get people to listen to you.

If you put the right people around you, you can have all of the things you need, but people will follow that leadership,”

Ex-WWE Star Hits Out At Company And Triple H

The comments come as former WWE star Ridge Holland hit out at the company, claiming he’d been hung out to dry. Holland described his situation as “brutal,” adding that WWE agreeing to pay for his recent surgery was the “bare minimum” anyone should expect.

Holland is currently recovering from surgery after sustaining a serious foot injury while wrestling at a TNA event while under contract with WWE. While injured and several months from being able to wrestle again, Holland was informed that his contract wouldn’t be renewed.

The former NXT star has also revealed that he may need neck surgery.
