Triple H Slammed For Being “A Coward And A Liar”

Triple H WWE Titles

A former WWE star has come down hard on Triple H.

Montel Vontavious Porter, or MVP, slammed the World Wrestling Entertainment’s Chief Content Officer, even calling him a ‘coward’ and a ‘liar.’

Porter’s dislike of ‘The Game’ probably stems from the manner in which The Hurt Business was managed during his second stint with the promotion.

The Hurt Business was a stable comprising MVP, Bobby Lashley, and Shelton Benjamin.

The faction split in 2022 after Porter turned on Lashley and aligned himself with Omos. During an earlier interview, the 52-year-old claimed that the stable was supposed to be reformed.

However, after Vince McMahon’s departure and Triple H taking over the creative team, the decision was scrapped.

Benjamin was released in 2023, resulting in MVP and Lashley leaving the company in 2024. The trio reunited again on AEW, where they compete as The Hurt Syndicate.

MVP Blasts Triple H In New Interview

During a recent interview with Adventure Gamers, MVP lashed out at Triple H, doubling down on his past criticism and siding with Bret Hart, who has been a massive critic of the current boss, too.

Man. I agree with Bret’s assertion. I’ve said before, I call him a coward and a liar. Let’s put it like this. If you really want to, you can go to YouTube and you can look up the interviews of various wrestlers through the years of what their opinion is of the man. Interviews of guys that were his friends, what they had to say about the guy. I can think of more guys that dislike him than I can think of guys that do like him.

Comparing his experience of dealing with Triple H to the one with the current generation of wrestlers, MVP claimed that they do not know who he really is.

The newer generation, they don’t know that guy yet. So the one of those that came up underneath him in NXT, they think he’s brilliant and a lot of them should for the hand he’s had in their career. But the guys that had to work with him back in the day will tell you a different story almost overwhelmingly. And so it’s not just me saying it. There’s guys who are way up the totem pole than me that are telling you that this guy’s, no bueno.
