Triple H Feared He “Killed” Major Star After Scary WWE SummerSlam Spot

Triple H feared for a celebrity talent after putting him in a scary SummerSlam spot.

Multiple-time Grammy-nominated singer and rapper Jelly Roll teamed with Randy Orton to face Logan Paul and Drew McIntyre at ‘the Biggest Party of the Summer.’

It was Jelly’s in-ring debut; meanwhile, YouTuber Paul has been on the WWE roster since 2022.

Paul has also earned praise from fans and critics for his acrobatic maneuvers. One of his most astonishing moves involves hitting a Frog Splash on his opponent, who is lying on the announcer’s desk.

It requires Paul to be precise with his landing, ensuring minimal damage is caused to the victim.

Triple appeared on the SummerSlam Post-Show, wherein he said he feared he ‘killed’ Jelly Roll by putting him in such a dangerous spot.

Right here, I thought to myself, I just killed Jelly Roll. [54:10 onwards]

The spot was unexpected, considering Jelly Roll is a full-time celebrity and is not accustomed to high-impact maneuvers.

The match ended with Paul hitting another Frog Splash on Jelly, this time inside the ring, to secure the victory for his team.

Triple H Lauds Jelly Roll Backstage

Triple H uploaded a video on X, congratulating Jelly Roll on his debut match in WWE.

Never underestimate where determination will take you… @JellyRoll615 went on a fitness journey, got healthy and tonight competed in a @WWE ring next to @RandyOrton at #SummerSlam.

Proud doesn’t even begin to describe it.

RESPECT!

On the post-show, Triple H also discussed Seth Rollins cashing in his Money in the Bank contract to snatch the title from CM Punk, minutes after he had defeated Gunther.
