An official date has been set for Paul “Triple H” Levesque’s deposition.

According to Wrestlenomics, the WWE Chief Content Officer will appear in court on Tuesday at 11 a.m., as part of the shareholder lawsuit related to the promotion’s merger with UFC.

Scott Fellows, one of the WWE shareholders, launched a class action lawsuit against Vince McMahon, accusing him of trying to “hamstring the Board and prevent it from undertaking significant time-sensitive decisions respecting some of the most important properties of the Company.”

The lawsuit also stated that McMahon had breached his fiduciary duties as a controlling stockholder.

McMahon denied the allegations while filing an answer to the complaint and named several defendants, including Triple H and WWE President Nick Khan.

During the court appearance, Levesque is expected to face questions on various subjects, including WWE’s deal with Endeavor, Vince McMahon’s role in it, and related matters.

The court has further issued a subpoena for his phone activity involving Mark Shapiro, who is the current COO of TKO.

Reportedly, former WWE Head of Talent Relations, John Laurinitis, and ex-CEO and Chairwoman Stephanie McMahon have been questioned by the plaintiffs.

Triple H Ghosted WWE Star Before Releasing Them

Former WWE talents Karrion Kross and his wife, Scarlett, recently appeared on The Coach & Bro Show.

Their release from the promotion in August was seen as controversial by several fans and critics, owing to their potential and character they brought to the ring.

Reports suggested that WWE hastened their contract renewal process by offering last-minute deals without much discussion beforehand.

While speaking on the show, Kross also accused his former boss of ghosting him.

We had reached out to him prior to that and never heard anything back. Uh, which we thought was odd, but given his schedule, maybe he just got busy. It’s possible. We hadn’t heard back from him over a text, and then I assumed that we were going to speak after the first time we had spoken to the rep that they put on the phone with us. And we didn’t.

It was just a series of things over like a 30-day period. All the guys at the bar were running up to me in the hotel, showing me the clip [Triple H ignoring fans chants for him on the SummerSlam post-show]. And I don’t know, I was already in a displaced headspace because it was right after, you know, it was the SummerSlam weekend, and we got called off of Raw. Everything felt like it was going in this direction already. So, I wasn’t even surprised when I saw the video. (From 34:41)
