Top NXT Star Appears To Suffer Injury At Live Event
There’s been some unfortunate injury news for NXT.
2025 has been the most successful year of Jacy Jayne’s career as a singles star, but unfortunately, that momentum might have just come to a halt.
At a live event in Columbus, Ohio, the star teamed with Fallon Henley to take on Sol Ruca and Zaria, but she wouldn’t see the end of the match. During the action, Jayne appeared to injure her quad and quickly tagged out before being treated at ringside and helped backstage by medical personel.
Reddit user RaevynVexus explained what happened.
“Towards the end of the match, Jacy grabbed at her quad and tagged out of the match quickly after. Ref threw the x up after the match, and when she tried to walk back under her own power, had to be assisted by WWE medical to the back.”
Another fan on X shared a short video of Jayne being treated by officials at ringside.

In recent months, Jayne has risen to the top of the NXT women’s division, and held the NXT Women’s Title and TNA Knockouts Title simultaneously through July and into August before losing the TNA gold. Jayne remains NXT Champion.
Omos Returns At NXT Live Event
At the same event, Omos made a surprise return to WWE, beating Lexis King. Upset at losing in short order, King demanded a rematch, which he also promptly lost.
The match was Omos’s first in a WWE ring since he took part in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal on April 5, 2024. Since then, Omos had appeared for the likes of AAA and Pro Wrestling NOAH, but his WWE run appeared to have stalled.
Back in June, Omos revealed that he’d signed a new multi-year contract with WWE despite his lack of appearances.
Everyone at TJR Wrestling would like to wish Jacy Jayne a speedy recovery.
