The TNT Championship will be on the line at All Out following a Royal Rampage match that took place on AEW Rampage.

Since AEW had two rings on Dynamite for the Blood & Guts Match, they decided to use those two rings for the Rampage taping that took place after Dynamite.

They had a Royal Rampage match on Rampage with 20 wrestlers competing in a battle royal in the two rings.

The final two women in the Royal Rumble match were Darby Allin and Swerve Strickland, who have been longtime rivals in AEW. While it looked like Swerve was going to win a few times, Allin managed to avoid elimination and ended up as the winner of the match. Allin hit a Spear to tackle Swerve on the floor and get the win.

After winning the Royal Rampage match, it was announced that Allin’s reward was that he gets to challenge for the TNT Championship at the All Out pay-per-view on Sunday, September 3. It’s rare for AEW to announce a pay-per-view match that is more than one month away and is also after AEW All In on August 27th, but clearly, the company wanted to reward Allin for the win.

Luchasaurus has been the TNT Champion since June 17th when he won the title from Powerhouse Hobbs with an assist from Christian Cage. While Luchasaurus is the champion, Christian is the one that usually carries the TNT TItle on AEW television and acts like he is the champion instead of Luchasaurus, who doesn’t speak.

Darby Allin is a former two-time TNT Champion that has held that title longer than anybody else – a total of 214 days for his two title reigns. Will Allin add to his TNT Championship legacy? Find out at AEW All Out.
