TNA Wrestling Announce Huge New Deal For Africa
TNA Wrestling is back and the company is wasting no time in improving its global reach by signing a huge new deal for Africa.
A press release issued by the company has touted a new deal that brings TNA programming to StarTimes which will make IMPACT and PPVs available to over 45 million viewers in Africa:
TORONTO (January 15, 2024) – TNA Wrestling (formerly IMPACT Wrestling)—a subsidiary of Anthem Sports & Entertainment and a division of Anthem Sports Group— announced today a partnership with global entertainment platform StarTimes, bringing exclusive TNA content to more than 30 countries throughout Africa in January 2024.
The agreement further extends TNA’s reach, making the world-class wrestling organization’s flagship weekly series TNA IMPACT! widely available to over 45 million users in locations such as Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania, South Africa and the Ivory Coast, among many others. As part of the deal, StarTimes viewers will also be able to enjoy exclusive TNA+ specials and hard-hitting Pay-Per-View events, including landmark spectacles such as Bound For Glory.

Nic Nemeth Makes Huge TNA Debut
Hard To Kill was the first show under the TNA banner again and it ended with a huge bang. Moose defeated Alex Shelley to win the TNA World Championship in the main event but there was more to come. Former WWE star Nic Nemeth shocked the crowd by taking out Moose and he has now been added to TNA’s roster.
The former Dolph Ziggler had also made waves at Wrestle Kingdom for New Japan Pro Wrestling where he was involved in a wild brawl with the new IWGP Global Champion David Finlay.
