Another big championship match has been added to AEW Double or Nothing.

On the May 25th episode of Collision, Rey Fenix and Penta El Zero Miedo defeated The Gunns to set up a new match at Double or Nothing. With the victory the pair ensured Death Triangle would challenge the Bang Bang Gang for the World Trios Titles.

Death Triangle has held the World Trios Titles previously, winning the gold back in September 2023.

Elsewhere on Collision, Hiroshi Tanahashi made a surprise appearance to team with Daniel Garcia and Claudio Castagoli. The trio picked up the win over Lance Archer and The Righteous after a High Fly Flow from the NJPW legend.
