The Young Bucks Discuss Facing Each Other On AEW Dynamite
The Young Bucks want to see who is the better brother in the ring.
Matt and Nick Jackson have remained partners throughout the entirety of their careers. Unlike what has been traditionally seen with most tag teams in wrestling, there has never been a split or a match between the partners.
Speaking on the Swerve City Podcast, Matt Jackson acknowledged the unique accolade, hoping that the team never go their separate ways:
“Hopefully, we won’t. I feel like every team has, ever. Would we be the first ever to have a full career?”
Sibling rivalry has been seen many times throughout wrestling history, with Matt and Jeff Hardy, Cody and Dustin Rhodes and Owen and Bret Hart being some of the most famous examples. The latest battle of brothers looks set to take place imminently, as Jimmy and Jey Uso look set to collide in the near future in WWE.
Nick Jackson would reveal that he does want to have a brother vs. brother match on AEW Dynamite, but only for fun and not to start an intense rivalry:
“I would like to do a singles match at some point on Dynamite. I think it’d be fun and fans would like it. We don’t need a feud, just a random singles match at some point. I wouldn’t want to feud. Let’s just have fun, one night only. I don’t know how it would work, maybe in a tournament setting,”
Are The Young Bucks Wrestling At AEW All In?
Matt and Nick Jackson look set to have a rematch with the Top Guys in All Elite Wrestling at Wembley Stadium, as they have been challenged to a title match by Tag Team Champions FTR. With each team holding a victory over the other, Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler want to prove that they are definitively the best team in wrestling at the debut UK show.
This is the third match confirmed for the All In pay-per-view, which also features a title defence from World Champion MJF and CM Punk being challenged by a familiar rival.
