The Rock has made it clear who his pro wrestling dream opponent is during a recent post on social media.

During his incredible career as a pro wrestler in WWE, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson faced off against some of the biggest names in the history of pro wrestling.

The Rock had legendary matches in WWE with all-time greats like “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, Hulk Hogan, John Cena, Triple H, The Undertaker, Kurt Angle and so many others. However, just like anybody else, there is somebody that he wishes he got to wrestle.

On Instagram, The Rock has a massive following with 349 million followers that are used to seeing him post videos where the 50-year-old former WWE Champion works out in the gym. Sometimes it’s a photo or a video. The Rock does it to help motivate people and to show that he’s a hard worker.

In a post on Instagram, The Rock named WWE Hall of Famer “Macho Man” Randy Savage as his dream match. While the two men were wrestling at the same time for several years, The Rock was doing his thing in WWE from 1996 to 2003 as a full-timer while Savage was in WCW during that period with his last match there in 2000.

Sadly, Macho Man passed away in 2011 at the age of 58. The Rock’s Instagram message where he was wearing some classic Macho Man shades is below.

That’s a Saturday wrap.

(Savage was always my dream match as it would’ve been an honor to share the squared circle with him 🕊️)

Steve Austin also posted about his workout recently, which led to The Rock commenting on the match because the two close friends have a close bond to this day after having three WrestleMania matches together.

Rock and Austin are both rumored to be in matches at next year’s WrestleMania although nothing is official or confirmed at this time.
