The Rock Makes Electrifying WWE Return At Bad Blood
Bad Blood in Atlanta got an unexpected shock of electricity as The Rock made his shock return to WWE on the show.
The Rock returned to WWE at the beginning of 2024 as a TKO board member before setting his sights on a return to the ring. Originally slated to be part of a long-awaited match with Roman Reigns, the WWE fans thought otherwise as they threw their support behind Cody Rhodes to finish his story at WrestleMania 40.
Instead, The Rock morphed into The Final Boss and stood alongside Reigns in The Bloodline. On night one of WrestleMania 40, The Rock and Roman Reigns teamed up to defeat Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins but The Rock couldn’t keep the Undisputed WWE Championship around Reigns’ waist one night later as Cody Rhodes picked up the win.
The Rock left WWE with a message to Rhodes that he’d be back for him someday and now he’s turned up in The American Nightmare’s home city at Bad Blood.

Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes picked up a huge win in the night’s main event over Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga as Jimmy Uso made his long-awaited return to WWE. After that bout, Reigns and Uso left Cody Rhodes alone in the ring in his hometown but the WWE Champion soon had company.
The Bloodline attacked Rhodes with Jimmy uso convincing Reigns that they should go and help out the American Nightmare which they did. Reigns then spotted the WWE Title lying in the ring but he handed it back to Rhodes without a fight. And then the roof came off the State Farm Arena.
The Rock – carrying his People’s Championship – made his entrance to a huge ovation as all three men and The Bloodline looked shocked to see him. The Rock stood at the top of the ramp and counted three with his fingers before leaving as quickly as he arrived with it remaining to be seen if he was targeting Roman Reigns or Cody Rhodes.
