The Rock Delivers Warning To Cody And “Mama Rhodes”

The Rock went on social to trash talk Cody Rhodes once again, as well as his mother.

There was an in-ring interview with Cody Rhodes on the March 11th edition of WWE Raw where he spoke emotionally about how he can’t give the WWE Championship to his late father Dusty Rhodes anymore, but he could give it to his mother Michelle. Cody was in tears and very emotional as he said it.

It will be a very busy WrestleMania 40 weekend in Philadelphia for Cody. In the Night 1 WrestleMania main event on April 6th, Cody will team up with World Heavyweight Champion Seth “Freakin” Rollins against the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns and The Rock, who is stepping back in a WWE ring for a match for the first time in eleven years (he did have a quick “match” eight years ago too).

The result of that tag team match will affect the Night 2 WrestleMania main event. If Rock & Reigns win then Cody’s match with Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Title in the Night 2 WrestleMania main event on April 7th will be a “Bloodline Rules” match. However, if Cody & Seth win then The Rock claims that The Bloodline will be barred from ringside.

Ahead of his appearance on WWE Smackdown from Memphis on March 15th, The Rock went to social media yet again to cut a promo on Cody Rhodes and even his mom Michelle as well.

“Are you f*cking kidding me? You start f*cking crying. You start crying. That’s how you respond. No wonder all your fans are crybabies, Cody. ‘I can’t give the belt to Dusty, but I could give it to my mama. I could give it to my mommy. My mommy.’ Shut the f*ck up.”

“You ain’t given that title to your mama. That title is going to remain around the waist of Roman Reigns. But here’s what’s going to happen at WrestleMania… The Rock wants your mama to have a front row seat. Mama Rhodes, The Rock is talking to you. Yeah. Now you’re in The Rock’s crosshairs.”

The Rock Claims He’ll Hand Cody’s Mom A Different Belt

As The Rock continued in his 8-minute social media video, he had a message for Cody’s mom saying he would whip Cody with his weightlifting belt and hand the bloody belt to Cody’s mother Michelle.

“I’m going to take this belt, Mama Rhodes. And I’m going to WHOOP your son. I’m going to WHOOP him like a dog. I’m going to whip the piss out of him. I’m going to whip the blood out of him. I’m going to get all his blood on this belt. And all his sweat on this belt, is what I’m going to do. I’m going to WHOOP him and WHOOP. In front of the world.”

“Now, I’m going to take this belt, Mama Rhodes, full of your son’s blood. And then I’m going to hand it to you in front of the world. And I’m going to say, here you go, Mama Rhodes. You’re going to be crying just like your son. Just like all of his Cody crybaby fans. Because you’re all a bunch of crybabies. You’re going to be crying.”

“I’m gonna look at your son who’s gonna be in the middle of the ring bleeding, crying. Look at all his Cody crybaby fans and tell them off is a direction you can f*ck. And that’s how you end a story. And that is how Cody Rhodes, your story is gonna end at WrestleMania, boy. Crying in a pool of your own blood. This belt sitting in your mama’s lap.”

Since the March 15th episode of Smackdown is in Memphis, The Rock has referred to it as “home” since he lived there for part of his life as chronicled in the “Young Rock” NBC television show.
