The Rock Describes Current WWE Superstar As The Whole Package

It is high praise when The Rock singles you out for the potential you have, however he has gone out on a limb and said that a current WWE star could become the total package.

The Rock reached the top of the wrestling game and stayed there for so long due to being a master of every aspect of what he did, be it when he was on the microphone or his in-ring performance. Having competed against all the best wrestlers of the modern era, ‘The Great One’ certainly knows talent when he sees it.

Whilst ‘The Brahma Bull’ was quick to commend how much great talent there is in WWE at present, he had special praise for former Tag Team Champion Montez Ford.

Speaking in an interview with Entertainment Tonight’s Rachel Smith, The Rock picked out a number of aspects of Ford’s which have put him on the road to being the total package.

I love that guy. I love his energy, I love his charisma, I love his work ethic, and, you know, in the world of pro wrestling, there’s nothing like the world of pro wrestling. It’s very unique and it’s also a business.

Professional wrestling, WWE, it’s in my blood, it’s my passion, I love it. So for a guy like him, he’s worked his butt off. By the way, they all do. Everybody in that locker room, the men, the women, but him in particular, he’s got great athleticism, he’s got the whole package.

In recent weeks, it has been speculated that Montez Ford is set for a singles run in WWE. However, that looks highly unlikely to happen ahead of SummerSlam where The Street Profits will once again battle The Usos for the Undisputed Tag Team Championships, where a WWE Hall Of Famer has been appointed the special guest referee for the match.
