The Rock Blasts “Bullsh*t Rules,” Continued Cody Rhodes Attack After Raw
The Rock has revealed he continued to attack Cody Rhodes after Raw went off the air.
The March 25th episode of WWE Raw went off the air with The Rock beating Cody Rhodes from pillar to post. By the time the cameras had stopped rolling, Rhodes was a bloody mess lying in the rain.
Except, that’s not quite what happened. In a new post on Instagram, The Rock revealed footage showing he continued to lay in the beating on Rhodes despite a producer telling him the show was over. Along with the video, The Great One wrote that he hates rules, and will continue to do whatever he wants.
I hate constraints and bulls**t rules – and just because some @wwe producer says, “clear” (meaning, we are no longer live on the air and the show is over) that doesn’t mean I just stop whatever I’m doing and tell everyone great job.
It f**king pissed me off.
I can’t shut my emotions off just because a script says we’re done. But this is a microcosm of a larger issue I have with individuals, corporations & governments – telling us what we can or can’t do. You have to do it this way, you have to say it that way, or you’ll get cancelled.
They create fear if you have a different perspective and don’t live by their rules.
It’s their way, or no way.F**k that.
I say it the way I want to say it.
I do it the way I want to do it.My choice.
Our choice.– Final Boss
The Rock Helps Change WWE Policy
According to a new report, The Rock has helped get rid of a famous WWE policy enforced by Vince McMahon. For several years WWE has shied away from using blood in its programming, but the closing angle on Raw signaled a change.
It’s been reported that there’s no longer a hard and fast blood ban, but it will only be used “very rarely.
