The Judgment Day Gets New Member On WWE Raw
The Judgment Day has increased its manpower on WWE Raw as JD becomes JD.
The Judgment Day and JD McDonagh are set for a huge match at Survivor Series when they take on Cody Rhodes, Sami Zayn, Jey Uso, and World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins in WarGames. However, two former WWE Champions could be set to join the sides in the hellacious bout.
On Raw in Washington D.C., the night kicked off with a showdown between the two WarGames squads before Zayn and Rollins teamed to take on McDonagh and Dominik Mysterio in tag team action. Things soon fell apart however as Damian Priest and Finn Balor interfered to cause the disqualification and a huge brawl broke out.
As Jey Uso went to hit Priest with a spear, McDonagh took the bullet for Señor Money In The Bank and his actions did not go unnoticed by Rhea Ripley.
JD McDonagh Officially Welcomed To The Judgment Day
In a backstage segment later in the show, Rhea Ripley was taking care of Judgment Day business with the group by first addressing Priest’s remark that he was the group’s leader earlier in the show. This was soon shrugged off but Priest had to accept that the rest of the group felt it was time for JD McDonagh to become an official member of The Judgment Day.
Damian Priest himself did the honours, approaching McDonagh in the back before handing him a jacket to officially welcome the Irish star to The Judgment Day.
McDonagh and Mysterio were banned from the arena for the night’s main event which saw Priest and Balor defend the WWE Tag Team Championship against Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso. Thankfully for the champions, mami had a plan as Drew McIntyre cost Rhodes and Uso the match and the title.
