Team Belair Takes Out Team Damage CTRL In Women’s WarGames Match

Team Belair

Babyface Team Belair are your victors in the WarGames Match against heel Team Damage CTRL.

WWE’s Survivor Series Premium Live Event would kick off with the Women’s WarGames Match between Team Belair (Bianca Belair, Becky Lynch, Alexa Bliss, Asuka and Mia Yim) and Team Damage CTRL (Bayley, Rhea Ripley, Dakota Kai, IYO SKY and Nikki Cross), with Belair and SKY starting things off for the groups.

Between the two, no wrestler would have the clear advantage, going back-and-forth for the entire five minutes until IYO SKY would be the next member of Team Damage CTRL to join WarGames Match. When SKY entered the ring, both her and SKY trapped Belair in the middle of the rings, and dominated Belair for the next three minutes.

Then, Team Belair evened the odds when Asuka came into the cage, with the two Japanese stars of herself and SKY squaring off to begin things while Belair and Kai were laid out in the opposite ring. Asuka floored SKY, eventually being met with force from Kai, just for Belair to get back up and team up, completely giving leverage back to Team Belair and having them roll until it was time for the next Team Damage CTRL member — Nikki Cross, who also be the first woman to bring weapons into the WarGames bout, which led to Damage CTRL getting back the leverage.

Up next for Team Belair was Alexa Bliss, which helped swing the momentum back to her team, controlling the pace while at it. Eventually, Nikki Cross climbed up to the top of the cage, and despite Team Belair having the leverage, she would knock out their entire team, as well as her own, to swing thing back in favor of Team Damage CTRL — with Bayley coming into the ring next to give them the advantage again as well, and putting a ladder and table into the cage in the process.

Once again the odds evened up for Team Belair when Mia Yim was the next member to come out, and she also added several weapons into the ring as well, and her presence would also swing the favor back into the direction of her squad. Then, the two teams would go in an intense back-and-forth for minutes, all the way up to Rhea Ripley’s entrance into the match, which made all of the Team Damage CTRL members officially in the WarGames Match.

When Ripley entered the ring, she steamrolled Team Belair, laying each member out one-by-one. Team Damage CTRL would dominate the bout from there, looking like they had no chance until Mia Yim finally landed some damage to Ripley. Then, it happened: “The Man” Becky Lynch made her way to the ring — now the WarGames have officially begun.

Becky Lynch having the most energy showed, and quickly, as she laid out several members of Team Damage CTRL. From there, Lynch rolled, until she had a one-on-one with Ripley, and then the match entered once again into a back-and-forth between the two groups of women.

Eventually, Team Belair gained back control, with saw Belair and Lynch roll all over Team Damage CTRL, with Lynch climbing up the cage. When she got to the top, she then landed a jump right into Bayley and Dakota Kai, slamming them through the table. Lynch then pinned Kai to get the 1-2-3 victory for the babyfaces.
