Steve Austin, John Cena & WWE Stars In Super Bowl Commercials

Some people still watch the Super Bowl for the football but for WWE fans, they might have had just as much fun spotting Steve Austin, John Cena, and many others in commercials during the big game.

Taylor Swift’s Kansas City Chiefs claimed victory in Super Bowl LVIII with an overtime win over the San Francisco 49ers. The game is always a huge mix of sports and entertainment so perhaps it is no wonder that WWE stars past and present were featured prominently in many of the famed commercials that air to a huge audience during the Super Bowl.

John Cena was seen in the Fan Duel ad celebrating former WWE 24/7 Champion Rob Gronkowski’s field goal miss. The last time the sixteen-time world champion was in a WWE ring was when Solo Sikoa decimated John Cena at Crown Jewel.

Stone Cold Steve Austin donned a mullet as he starred in an ad for his beloved Kawasaki and there was even an appearance for fellow WWE Hall of Famer Arnold Schwarzenegger who put his action hero chops to the test to sell insurance for State Farm.

It is perhaps a sign of how highly-rated as a crossover star Jade Cargill already is in WWE that despite only having one match in the company she was part of a Mountain Dew ad that also featured Hollywood star Aubrey Plaza.
