News On Stephanie McMahon’s WWE Future After SummerSlam Appearance

Stephanie McMahon has got fans talking.

After spending over a year out of the spotlight, Stephanie McMahon returned to WWE at the 2024 Hall of Fame ceremony. She followed that up with another appearance on night two of WrestleMania 40 where she opened the show.

Since then, McMahon has also appeared at the WWE Draft. McMahon walked away from WWE in January 2023 after her father Vince McMahon forced his way back onto the Board of Directors.

These appearances sparked speculation she could return to the company in an official capacity, but things have gone quiet in recent weeks. However, that speculation kicked back into gear yet again after she was shown in the crowd at SummerSlam.

Is Stephanie McMahon Returning To WWE?

During the SummerSlam post-show, Triple H denied his wife holds an official role within the company, but cryptically stated that she loves WWE again. He added that she’ll likely appear at more events and didn’t rule out a return in a more official capacity in the future.

“She does not have an official role right now, but I can tell you this: She loves this, absolutely loves it. Sometimes it’s harder to love it and sometimes it’s easy to love it. It’s easy to love it again for her. She’s enjoying watching it. She’s enjoying coming to the shows. She’s enjoying seeing everybody in the back. She loves it.

So, if I’m the little kid booking or writing or however you want to say it, sitting on his couch, she’s sitting there right next to me [like] a little kid enjoying it and loving it. It’s been her whole life since she was little.

No official role right now. Right now, her official role is she’s enjoying our kids getting too old too fast, but we’ll see. We’ll see what the future holds. I would expect to see her around because, I think, she just loves it and she’s enjoying being around it again,”

Although it wasn’t shown on the main feed, McMahon was shown hugging CM Punk after his match with Drew McIntyre.
