Stephanie McMahon Spotted At WWE Survivor Series

Stephanie McMahon has been seen taking in the action at ringside and backstage at Survivor Series on a huge night for WWE.

Survivor Series saw CM Punk shock the world as he returned to WWE at the event for the first time in almost ten years. Less of a surprise was Randy Orton’s already-announced return to a WWE ring after an eighteen-month absence that saw Orton undergo serious back surgery. Orton was part of the winning team in the men’s WarGames match alongside Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, Sami Zayn, and Jey Uso.

There was a return to the company as well of R-Truth who himself has been out for a year through injury. Truth was part of a backstage skit to advertise Ruffles and appeared to shrug off his absence in typical fashion, noting that he’d been there the whole time.

Stephanie McMahon Witnesses A Huge Night At WWE Survivor Series

Fightful Select reported before Survivor Series that Stephanie McMahon was at Survivor Series but not in a work capacity. McMahon is said to not have been around the company since she stepped down as co-CEO and Chairwoman barring WrestleMania weekend.

During the show, McMahon was seen watching at ringside for at least the women’s WarGames match. Whether or not Triple H had let his wife into the secret and she was there to see the return of the man who once referred to her as Vince McMahon’s “idiotic daughter” remains unknown.
