Stephanie McMahon “The Epitome Of What A Leader Should Be” Says WWE Star

The level of respect shown by Stephanie McMahon to everyone backstage is one of the key factors to make her a leader, one WWE star says.

Stephanie McMahon has served under plenty of roles with WWE, be they backstage where she eventually took up the position of interim CEO, or as part of the many on-screen storylines which often involved the rest of her family.

Over the last year things have been a little more tricky for her, as she returned to WWE to take over as Chairwoman after a brief hiatus for personal reasons, only to then leave again when Vince McMahon returned to the company in January 2023.

However, it’s her attitude to everyone she deals which seems to have garnered her the most popularity amongst her peers.

“She’s Nice To Everybody, Whoever They Are”

In a discussion with Chris Van Vliet, WWE personality Cathy Kelley had plenty of praise for Stephanie McMahon, labelling her as the perfect example of what a leader should be.

She is just, to me, the epitome of what a leader should be. I know that I learned so much by being around her and how nice she is to everybody in the room, it doesn’t matter who they are. When you’re around someone who has that level of respect for everyone, you just can’t not have that level of respect for them.

Although Cathy Kelley is known as a backstage interviewer, she has discussed in the past how she had discussions about taking on various roles in the company ahead of her return last year.
