R-Truth: A History Of Gimmicks

In his time in the WWE, R-Truth has worn many faces. His K-Kwik persona, alongside Road Dogg, was fairly popular but lasted only a year, coming to an end with his release.

Since his return in 2008, Truth’s “What’s Up” chant became iconic, with the audience singing along to his theme song. He was also a heel briefly with the “Little Jimmy” obsession, entering feuds with The Miz and John Cena.

His alliance with Goldust resulted in the formation of Golden Truth, a tag team that blended humour with exotic personalities.
