Seth Rollins Names Biggest Threat In Money In The Bank Match

Seth Rollins on WWE Raw

Seth Rollins has his eyes on the competition.

At Money In The Bank, Seth Rollins will take part in the men’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match as he plots his way back into World Championship contention.

Rollins hasn’t held the World Title since losing the World Heavyweight Championship to Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 40. He’s also the proud owner of arguably the greatest Money In The Bank cash-in ever, having claimed his first WWE World Title in the main event of WrestleMania 31, in a moment dubbed the “Heist of the Century.”

During an appearance as a guest on Up & Adams, Rollins was asked who he thought was his biggest threat at Money In The Bank. The former World Champion responded that he’ll have his eye on Solo Sikoa because he knows he won’t be fighting alone. However, he’s got an insurance policy of his own.

The biggest competition for me, I think, Solo. Solo Sikoa. He’s got Jacob Fatu, he’s got JC [Mateo], he’s got a little gang with him. This is a match where anything goes, so you’ve gotta be prepared. You’ve got to be ready for any amount of help that these people are gonna need, are gonna want, are gonna have. So he’s the one.

But I’ve got a little backup. I’ve got a little insurance policy.

Seth Rollins Reiterates Hatred For CM Punk

In addition, it wouldn’t be a Seth Rollins interview if he didn’t throw in some shots at CM Punk along the way. When Rollins was asked whether he’d team with Punk in exchange for a Chicago Bears Super Bowl win, he admitted he couldn’t do it, commenting that just the idea made his stomach churn.

He went on to say that the only person who hates CM Punk more than him is his wife, Becky Lynch. And to cap off the family affair, he said even his young daughter refuses to listen to Punk’s theme song.
