Seth Rollins Gets Honest About Working With Becky Lynch On WWE TV

Triple H commented on Becky Lynch & Seth Rollins' alliance at 2025 WWE Clash in Paris

Seth Rollins is currently involved in a feud with CM Punk and his wife AJ Lee.

To counter AJ Lee, he has his wife and Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch by his side.

While this is not the first time they’ve paired together, it is certainly the first instance since their wedding in 2021.

Previously, they had teamed to face Baron Corbin and Lacey Evans in 2019 at Extreme Rules in a winners take all mixed tag team match, which Rollins and Lynch won.

This time around, Lynch aligned with Seth Rollins as part of The Vision faction when she interfered in his 4-way match, which included CM Punk, at Clash in Paris.

On the subsequent RAW episode, Lynch met Punk in the ring. The segment ended with her slapping him several times before he retreated.

The following SmackDown episode saw the return of AJ Lee after having retired a decade ago. A match between the two couples was set for Wrestlepalooza on September 20.

Seth Rollins Discusses Working With Becky Lynch

Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch have not always worked on the same brand.

While Rollins has majorly featured on RAW, Lynch has spent a considerable time on SmackDown, even serving as its champion.

During his recent appearance on ESPN ahead of Wrestlepalooza, the 39-year-old star was asked about his experience pairing with his wife.

Yeah, you know, it’s interesting but what it boils down for me is iron sharpens iron. You know, we met through this industry, became friends. Both started to rise up at the same time, found each other romantically and then we’ve been able to really use each other as a resource, and to get out there and perform with her, you know, the way she preps is different than how I prep and the way she performs and interacts is different.

So, we get to learn from each other. We get to bounce stuff off of each other, and another thing is we understand the grind. We understand what it takes on the other side of it. So, there’s no pressure. It’s like the ease with which we’re able to communicate, I think, makes the partnership on screen fantastic, obviously, offscreen makes life super easy and fun.
