The Visionary had once claimed that as long as he is around, CM Punk will never be the World Heavyweight Champion. Well, it does seem to have worked out that way because the Second City Saint only became champion once Rollins vacated the title, owing to an injury, and had to be taken off WWE TV.
There is a theory floating around that CM Punk has been crowned champion to draw in more money and keep the championship warm until The Visionary returns.
