Sasha Banks, Naomi & WWE Stars Attend “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” Premiere

There was a reunion at the movie premiere of a major film that saw some current WWE stars on the red carpet along with Sasha Banks & Naomi, both of whom might be back in WWE some day.

The newest Marvel Cinematic Universe film “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” had its Hollywood premiere in Los Angeles on October 26th. The theatrical release of the film is on November 11, 2022.

There was a fabulous shared on social media when Xavier Woods tweeted a picture from the red carpet. Woods was joined by fellow New Day members Kofi Kingston & Big E along with Jimmy Usos of the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship team known as The Usos. Joining the wrestlers were former Women’s Champions Sasha Banks & Naomi, who is married to Jimmy.

It was back in May 2022 when Sasha Banks and Naomi chose to walk out of WWE because they were frustrated by the lack of creative direction that the company had for them at the time. Now that there’s a new creative team running WWE led by Triple H, there have been plenty of rumors that Banks and Naomi will be back someday.

The rumors of Banks coming back to wrestling really picked up in the last few days after she posted a photo after training in a ring. Since leaving WWE, Banks and Naomi have appeared at fashion shows as models and done things other than bumping in a wrestling ring.

Naomi also tweeted about it saying she missed her friends from WWE.

Big E also tweeted a photo of the happy group calling them “My peoples.”

Earlier in October 2022, it was announced that Banks will be back on the USA Network show “Barmageddon” that’s hosted by WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella. It’s a competition show where Banks will be against Nikki’s sister Brie Bella. Banks recently changed all of her social media accounts so that she can use her real name Mercedes Varnado.
