Saraya Calls For Women’s Blood & Guts Match

Saraya wants AEW’s women’s division to go one step further and have their own version of one of the most violent matches possible.

Blood & Guts is AEW’s name for a WarGames match since they can’t use the term “WarGames” due to copyright issues. AEW’s version is closer to the Crockett-era WarGames match in which there are no pinfalls, count-outs, or decisions via escaping the cage. The only way to win is to make someone submit within the Blood & Guts structure.

There have only been a handful of Blood & Guts matches so far in AEW and all of them have featured only men. However, Saraya wants to change that and proposed a women’s Blood ^ Guts match during a discussion on the Mark Hoke Show.

It’s going to be great, I feel that’s the match people are waiting for. I want to do Blood & Guts. I was expecting to do all these different things. Maybe that’s the next thing on the pay-per-view and this is a small taste. I don’t know what the plan is. I don’t know what’s going to happen in Vegas.”

Saraya and her fellow Outcasts Ruby Soho and Toni Storm are currently involved in a bitter rivalry with the AEW Originals trio, which consists of Jamie Hayter, Britt Baker, and Hikaru Shida.
